The software and consulting company, SOFTEAM, is reinforcing it leadership in object technologies and its international presence.

On January 1, 2003, SOFTEAM bought the company, AlphaCSP, which is now well integrated into its structure. SOFTEAM's services and publishing group is thus strengthening its position as a leader in object technologies particularly relating to distributed application architectures. AlphaCSP is predicting a provisional of 3.5 M Euros in 2003 (a third of this from abroad), which represents a contribution of about 20% of the provisional turnover for 2003 for the SOFTEAM group as it is currently structured. The technical teams have been enriched by about 40 experts. The number of staff in the whole group after this merge has risen to more that 230 people.
